The garment will be delivered to your door by your booking date. Allow an extra day for rural delivery.

Send back the dress in the prepaid post bag provided, at your local NZ Post shop on the next working day. The dry cleaning is on us!

Changed your mind? Cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund with us. Cancelling before your event? You’ll get store credit to use on another rental. Last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
